Expanding a report using the Totals Only Report

Figure 5–4 shows an expanded report you can create using the Totals Only Report option and other options.

In Figure 5–4, a summary total line appears for each state in each sales region. It also shows the overall totals for the unpaid balance, maximum credit, and year-to-date sales columns. The following features were used:

Hide repeating values for the Sales rep field.
Totals Only defined so that the report shows the total values for each state in each region.
Totals and subtotals defined for numeric fields.
Page ejects when sales regions change.
